6 Qualities of a Great Leader

There are many different qualities that make up a good leader. A good leader sets the tone for

their business. They help motivate employees to work their best and utilize problem solving

4. Self Awareness. To be a great leader you must understand your strengths and

weaknesses. Continuing education through professional associations or local community

colleges can bolster deficient areas.

5. Honesty. Did a new product or strategy fail to provide expected gains? Take

responsibility, ask for feedback and develop a plan for moving forward.

6. Confidence. The best leaders lead with purpose and competence. They are passionate

about their work and help inspire others.
