Bookkeeper and HR Specialist
Alyson Marcoux graduated from high school in Bonn, Germany, later earning a degree in Psychology from Princeton University and entered the doctoral program in Clinical Psychology at Baylor University. She earned a Human Resource Management Certificate from George Mason University in 2015, and received her SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) certification from the international organization SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
While at Baylor she developed an innovative test approved for use to qualify youths deemed unfit to stand trial with the Developmentally Delayed Delinquents Unit, and during her time as Senior Managing Director at G3 Visas & Passports, Inc., she directed financial and HR operations with a $6 million operating budget, eight offices and over 40 employees. She established corporate policies and procedures for invoicing, trained employees and performed quality control assessment.
Alyson lives in Haymarket, Virginia, with her husband Chris, daughter Darcy, and son Drake. For three years they were a host family to Sarah, from Beijing, China, who is now attending Northeastern University.
