- When you sign on with us, you'll automatically be paired with your service provider and an Integrations Specialist. The Integrator is in charge of getting things started, going, and making sure everyone stays on track! We'll start with:
- Collecting all documentation and logins the provider will need and maintain record of logins, platforms for general operations of business
- Create a service process and an action item list based on levels of urgency
- Integrate all major operating functions to ensure all parties are on the same page
- Lead, manage and hold accountable individuals for accomplishing agreed-upon commitments
- Create and execute plans and strategies; implement plans and strategies in place that are stagnant
- Continue to offer the initial services and add more as needed.
- Provide you with an initial assessment during a meeting with your team
- Collaborate with leaders and service providers in keeping values, focus, and clarity aligned
- Monitor and facilitate project management software/platforms
- Improve operating procedures to increase profits and efficiency
- Identify needs to support growth on a granular, day-to-day scale
- Continue offering the necessary services, and set up a touch-base meeting to answer any ancillary questions
- Set up and maintain filing and organizing system for records, invoices, and other important documentation
- Direct day-to-day operations
- Continue communication with you on your vision and mission to ensure the focus stays aligned with all parties responsible for your growth
- A final assessment is presented to you by the team, led by the Integrator
- A presentation on where we project your company to be in a year and the service providers necessary for that growth
- An assessment on the need of the Integrator to remain on the team as the backbone to this growth
- Facilitate clear client communication with third parties
- An action plan for the Integrator to track orders, scheduling and manage databases along with all of the aforementioned responsibilities
- An estimate on your flat monthly rate with a 6 month reassessment goal in mind

*First 90 Days are at hourly rates and then a monthly flat rate is agreed upon. Additional services requested before the 6 month reassessment will be added to the monthly flat rate.
